The Deagle is the reason a save round is never really free for the other team. At $650 it hits hard enough to headshot a fully armoured player, so a pistol round against full buys is winnable if your aim holds.
Seven rounds, a slow fire rate and a heavy first-shot kick mean it rewards patience: stand still, place the crosshair at head height, and take one deliberate shot rather than four hopeful ones. Spamming it is the most common way to lose with it.
